Suzzie – A victim of an illegal snare
We recently received a call about a macaque stuck on a tree at Sembawang Park. The rescue team- Sabrina, Uma and Connor- rushed to help, and found a female macaque hanging helplessly from a tree with her left hand caught in a snare.

It was dinner time and it seems like Willy has got the idea now – he is dining in.
Yes, that’s Willy the Brave over by the water bowl.
He seems to be eating faster too.
I don’t think “eat” is in Timmy and Mr Zurik’s vocabulary. It’s “swallow” or “gorge”.

Willy Makes His (grand) Entrance!!

Willy has been waiting for me at the wooden bench for a few days now. Smart little guy – he knows my schedule. When the Patio7 are eating, nobody will chase him, so he comes right into the porch and waits at the wooden bench. Then, I sit with him as he eats and he knows he is safe.
But the moment he finishes, he scuttles off to the garbage compartment. Usually, Vincent will chase him and this is one thing I have no control of.
But this morning, we achieved a breakthrough!!

Stok en is a fine gentleman, he was too nice in fact, and bullied by the others. Stoken wears an orange blazer with white undershirt, and white stockings too. He's certainly more fashionable than many Hollywood celebs.
Putih is the white princess from the fairy tales, she loves Stoken and have since moved in with him. She's very soft and fluffy too!

Mdm. Tan, the founder of SPCA SEBERANG PERAI, work tirelessly at the shelter everyday, hoping to give the animals under her care a better life.
She sacrifice her time with her family, and playtime with her grandchildren just so she can help the needy animals.
