Medical Sponsorship For Wira, Cat Diagnosed With FeLV (Maslinda Abd Talib’s)

Wira is one of Maslinda’s community cats. He was diagnosed FeLV positive today, and we have fully sponsored his medical treatment of RM184.50 where 50% is from AnimalCare’s Medical Fund and 50% from an anonymous donor.
We pray for Wira’s speedy recovery and has advised Maslinda to get RetroMAD1 for Wira.

[Appeal from Terri Chong] - URGENT!
During my lunch time, I saw a stray dog with a serious head injury in front of the shop house near to Hai-O and Kwan Nam Coffee Shop in Prai. The dog with an obvious swelling masses and some wound on the head. Anyone near by can you please help the dog? Please!

Recently an elderly woman in Illinois began feeding two stray dogs. Although she couldn't catch them, she tried to be sure they wouldn't starve.

No More Publicising For Fosterers, Only For Adoptions

Effective today, please be informed that we will no longer be able to publicise for fostering unless it is for our sponsored animals. We will, however, still publicise for adoptions.
The reason is, we can take full responsibility for our sponsored animals, but we cannot do the same for the animals of other rescuers.
Off and on, we encounter cases where some rescuers who ask for fostering help through us do not honour their word of taking back the animals after the agreed period of time. We have ...

Max Has Recovered From Tick Fever And Is Well!

Etta James’ rescuer requested a fosterer for her (Etta) one day before she gave birth. One of our friends agreed to foster and the whole family (Etta James and her brand new newborns) was transported to this fosterer. Ever since then, the family has thrived under the fosterer’s care.
