Spaying And Medical Subsidy For A Female Dog (Chong Ming Li’s) 20th Nov 2012, by AnimalCare
We have subsidised RM100 for this spaying and RM23 for the blood test and medication for tick fever.

I brought the 2 female dogs to the vet yesterday but only managed to spayed one of them (the one with long hair)– due to tick fever

Lulu, Nikki & Putih were long rescued by a senior rescuer from the streets. Lulu and Nikki are females, already spayed while Putih is a male, already neutered. Due to some personal reason, the Aunty Jenny and her husband will be moving to an apartment end of this month. Aunty Jenny hope to help her 3 rescued cats find good homes where they will continue to have a compound to roam in. SPCA Mission HELP Projects 20th Nov 2012, by SPCA Selangor
NOV 2012 - An animal rescuer has been feeding dogs along Jalan Ipoh for almost 20 years, and is currently feeding approximately 20 stray dogs there. She has approached SPCA Selangor and requested for assistance with food supplies and neutering for the dogs. SPCA Selangor has since donated some dog food to her, and will assist in neutering these strays for free under our MissionHELP community outreach program.

NOV 2012 - A pet dog with a festering neck wound was left untreated by his owner, who has 3 adult dogs and several newborn puppies in his home. The dog had wounds caused by the metal chains used to tie him to the wall. He has since been rescued by the SPCA Selangor inspectors and the enforcement officers from the Dept of Veterinary Services, and is under the care of SPCA staff while DVS pursue legal action against the owner. On 19 November 2012, the dog pictured was found abandoned at the void deck of Blk 544 Bedok North St 3, in a closed cardboard box which was taped up with minimal ventilation. It had excessively matted and dirty fur. Ulcerated growths were present on the dog’s neck and leg.
The SPCA is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person/s responsible for this cruel act. If you can help, please call SPCA at 6287 5355 ext 9.

A few weeks ago, a group of friends went up to visit Meiji and her dogs. I was offered a ride there as well, but my traveling days are over. All my life, I’ve always had a bad case of motion sickness when riding in any land vehicle and it’s been getting worse with age, so I passed.

A rescuer resident found this dog on 13 November 2012 in
Taman Tun Dr Ismail, KL. The terrier dog is male, unneutered, age
unknown but looks middle aged, small in size with medium-length
