Pemilik binatang yang cuai dan dungu melepaskan binatang milik sendiri hingga menyebabkan binatang sengsara dan dizalimi sama ada dicederakan, dibunuh secara brutal atau racun perlu diheret ke mahkamah dan didakwa.
Pemilik binatang perlu disiasat dan didakwa mengikut Akta Kebajikan Haiwan 2015 kerana secara cuai mendatangkan kemudaratan terhadap binatang peliharaan atau ternakan. Pemilik juga boleh dikenakan denda minimum RM15,000 hingga maksimum RM75,000 dan penjara sebagaimana pelaku.

SOS SOS SOS. A family, which is financially strapped was given this sick old dog by the family that owned it. The dog is weak due to heart problems and they are taking care of it. It has been in and out of the vet and we are finding it difficult to pay for it. It has severe heart prob. They are at the vet now and cannot pay the bill. Ini bukan kaedah menguruskan ular sawa. Jika berlaku pencerobohan ular dan orang ramai berjaya tangkap ular tersebut. Sebaiknya hubungi Jabatan PERHILITAN Semenanjung Malaysia negeri masing-masing atau Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia atau boleh juga hubungi Friends of Bomba Malaysia
