SPCA SEBERANG PERAI will be holding our Pet Adoption Day at Autocity (in front of Shop-In D'Park) tomorrow, January 16th, 2016 from 8pm to 11pm.
Besides helping our fur-kids find good homes, we are also collecting donation items such as rice, eggs, fresh milk or kibbles.
Come by on this night and give us your support.

A New Home For The Furrykids

A new RM1.8mil animal protection centre will be set up by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Seberang Prai in Juru.
It will house 1,600 strays and come with two dog kennels, a cat kennel, an administrative office, an animal care section, a kitchen and a janitor’s room upon completion next year.
There will also be a multipurpose open barn for holding animal talent shows, awareness campaigns and fundraising activities.

A 4 Years Old Female Rottie Mixed Gr Is Currently ..

A 4 years old female rottie mixed GR is currently up for adoption. Apparently her owner has moved out from the house leaving her behind. The neighbour, seeing her at such pitiful situation, having to fend for herself without food and water then decided to bring her to our shelter to surrender. Updates on SPCA Seberang Perai's New Shelter @ Juru:
We would like to send our deepest gratitude to our fellow donors for making the dreams of our furrykids come true, particularly to Pencil Box for donating RM133 000.00 to our new shelter last Tuesday by presenting a cheque to our President, Mdm Tan Kah Chuah. All in all, Pencil Box has by far contributed RM273 000.00 in support of our new shelter.

Casby Is Our New Rescued Furkid From Permatang Pau..

Casby is our new rescued furkid from Permatang Pauh. Passersby found her whining in pain and unable to move, thus reported to us. We do not know what happened to her, probably a victim of hit and run but it was believed that she must have gone without food for a few days due to her immobility.
Our volunteer sent her to the vet clinic and initial check shows that she has spine injury. At this stage, the vet is unable to confirm if Casby will be able to walk again until further observation, afte...
