Subsidy For Neutering Of 3 Male Cats (Dr Aniza Abdullah’s)

We have subsidised the neutering of 3 male cats brought in by Dr Aniza Abdullah. Our subsidy isRm80 per male cat and since one of them is a cryptochid (charges would be higher), we have subsidised another RM35 for the procedure. Hence, our total subsidy is RM275.

RECOGNISE THIS GORGEOUS BOY?... He arrived in May last year with almost no hair & the saddest face we'd ever seen. Here he is today, enjoying a bath in with his carer, Khun Dow. He's a big, super friendly dog who stole many hearts. His name starts with "D". Who is he?

Deer or Dog? Actually one of our recent arrivals. Narak is a puppy and was picked up by Khun Sanae. On her own she had been hit by a car and then tested positive to distemper. Currently she has flu and is staying at Gill and John's home, probably never to return! But what about those ears!?

THE LOVELY "MEG"... SHE'S LOOKING FOR SPONSORS.... this little sweetheart is just a gem. She's approx 8 years old & she's the sweetest dog you could ever meet. Meg used to live at Rawai Temple, but suffers from chronic skin problems & an Oral hematoma to her left ear. She was brought to Soi Dog in June 2011 & now lives permanently at the shelter as she can no longer take care of herself.

Yesterday evening, we plucked up courage and did something extremely brave….
We went out and left Pole in Bunny’s Place (room and garden) without putting her back into the condo. Yes, that was a very highly risky thing to do, but I just had to test out how Pole-proof Bunny’s Place is.
We spent about 3 hours away from home with the wooden door closed (cats have access into garden and room), and came home with bated breath…

Coco: After 7 hours of administering RetroMAD1, she is much more energetic, walking up and down the length of the house and playfully hopping after the broom. Still will not eat on her own but she did manage 2 or 3 kibbles. Will be forcefeeding her AD shortly. She meowed at everyone this morning, too.

Roz is almost blind. We found her severely malnourished, wandering the streets of Phuket searching for food.
She will most probably spend her life here at Soi Dog unless a special home is found for her. Because of her limited sight she now lives in the run with our "Old Age" dogs.
