Medical Subsidy For 2 Kittens (Azimah Mohd Othman’s)

We have subsidised RM25 for the mange treatment of these two kittens, Chokie & Blot. According to the vet, these kittens were treated for mange with ivermectin injections. Medical Subsidy For A Cat, Mr Brown, RIP (Azimah Mohd Othman’s)

We have subsidised RM125 for Mr Brown’s treatment. According to the vet, Mr Brown was brought in with a ruptured abscess on the side of the body, had severe jaundice and dehydration and was emaciated. Wound cleaning was done under general anaesthesia with antibiotic and painkiller injections. Mr Brown was also tested for FIV and FeLV. Bethany was seen in the vicinity of Lorong Ru 2, Farlim Bandar Baru Air Itam for 10 days. She was looking very thin and weak then. A good samaritan, Mr. Gan who lives in that vicinity has given her some food. Unfortunately, Bethany has no place to go and had to be brought in to the shelter this morning. Spaying Sponsorship For Another Female Dog (Low Hong Hang’s)

On 3 March 2013 (Sunday), at about 2300hrs, we were alerted to the discovery of two cats' bodies at the back of a bus stop along Kallang Bahru Rd (shown in the picture). The bodies were found in a dog food bag. We are appealing to anyone with information on the case to come forward and assist us in our investigations. Yesterday, the SPCA reunited two owners on the same day with their dogs! One was a cocker spaniel and the other was a cross terrier. The importance of making sure your animal is micro- chipped will aid both you and the SPCA during instances where your pet is lost. We are extremely delighted that these two owners managed to get their doggies back to their home!
