Regardless of the reasons, we tried our best to take in and put them up for adoption, hoping they will again get the chance to find a better home. However, we often warned the owners that their pets may not ...

SSPCA'S RAINY DAY TIPS FOR PET OWNERS
1. STAY DRY-Wet or damp fur is an ideal incubation area for fungi and bacteria. Towel dry or blow dry your pet's fur and paws everytime they come in from the rain.
2. FUN INDOORS- It is hard to take pets for a walk everyday during rainy season so making your dogs climb up the stairs and leaving it freely in your closed indoor garden/ car porch will keep the dogs active.Toys provide countless hours of fun and at the same time encourage your pets to get mo...

Oh No, Cow’s Collar Came Off!! 19th Jan 2015, by AnimalCare
Yesterday, we went out for about 2 hours and when we came home, I saw Cow sitting happily against the grille…with his e-collar off!!
Oh my gosh!!!
No time to waste!
I got inside the room, found the e-collar on the floor beside the back grille, put it on Cow and checked his eye. I know the vet told me that if I can still see the third eyelid (a flap) through the corner of his stitched up eye, that means the stitches are intact, but if I can see his eyeball, it means the stitches have come o...
